Hai Wei Yuan

BBQ Sting Ray, Gong Gong & Stir-fry Vegetables are best accompanied by main stay of most of our meals in Singapore; white fluffy steamed rice.

While seafood prices increase over the years, Hai Wei Yuan have been holding on to older prices and sizing, keeping many customers happy and contented over their seafood dishes since 1988.

Food Freshness

"Fresh is very important ah, seafood bbq can taste good or bad very fast, so we have to get fresh seafood"

This stall can be seen preparing for opening since 3pm, with all the spices being chopped, seafood being arranged and prices are set for the night.

Only time of the year this stall isn't open?

"Every monday rest day la. Other than that, Chinese New Year time, the seafood sold is not fresh for 1st few days, so we don't open stall la. Must fresh than it's nice. Also Banana Leaves, must be green green and fresh."

3. Stingray portion is decent, but not as much as other stalls, but quality is 2 thumbs up!
