Kirin Seafood

Kirin Seafood is a tiny seafood hawker stall hidden away at a small hawker centre, far away in the east; Bedok Food Centre is also known as Bedok Corner.

This tiny hawker stall serves a great variety of seafood and soups that is absolutely great for family sharing!

BBQ Stingray served with sambal, Gong Gong & Sambal Lala, great seafood at low affordable prices! Most of these stalls are not Halal certified but this stall at Bedok Corner is HALAL Certified!

Now, we love their dishes so much, we feature this hawker centre as much as possible. They also added a spin to everyone's favourite dish, BBQ STINGRAY.

Instead of all sambal, they have added garlic on half side and sambal on the other half. I know what you are thinking right, huh, garlic? where got nice? so plain, sure no taste! Sure we thought the same too.

We now love the garlic version, it's rich garlic, buttery taste goes really well with the stingray, great to order their 2 styled Stingray version.

Notable points

1. Fresh ingredients - Stingray is fresh and fleshy, garlic is finely chopped and flavourful, and sambal is spicy and flavourful.

2. Served with sweet sauce (manis sauce) on the side, it cuts the spiciness if you want to taste the garlic side.

3. Great to share with kids, although we highly recommend to get the LARGE version, just because we all snatched the stingray so fast, we think it will happen when you order this too!
